Access to Opportunity List and Submission Form requires users to have a google account. 

Opportunity List is based on a google sheet and Submission Form is a Goggle form.

If you have a google account but are not currently signed in on the divice you are using, you may be prompted to log into your google account to view Opportunity List or Submission Form. 

THIS SITE DOES NOT COLLECT OR HAVE ANY ACCESS TO GOOGLE PERSONAL INFORMATION OTHER THAN THE EMAIL ADDRESS ENTERED INTO THE SUBMISSION FORM.

If you have gmail or log into a YouTube account, you already have a goggle account.

If you do not have a google account, it is possible to get one without subscribing to gmail, which is google’s mail service.  

HELP FOR CREATING NEW GOOGLE ACCOUNT

Submissions will not show up immediately on Opportunity List. Submissions are reviewed and will require periodic updating into the Opportunity list
